Welcome to KAPSE™ by OPACIZE™ - We are very proud of our latest addition to our Greek Dance Fitness Program as it is the first structured 100% Greek HIIT Fitness program in the world. Our two programs will be transforming bodies all over the world as they go well togehter. What is KAPSE™ ?

ΚΑPSΕ™ is high intensity interval training in which you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This addition to our OPACIZE™ has been designed to get your heart rate up, which will burn more fat/calories in less time. ΚΑPSΕ™ is a high intensity workout – an intense exercise workout that will re-boot your body into burning more fat and calories than a regular aerobic workout.  No equipment is necessary as ΚΑPSΕ™ uses your body weight to increase your heart rate plus using your own body weight will increase your muscle building which will ultimately lead to fat loss and calorie burn – your body will become a fat burning machine that will continue to burn long after your workout.  ΚΑΨΕ™ workout can last anywhere  between 15min – ½ hour maximum –  designed to get you results in a short amount of time.

ΚΑPSΕ™ is ideal for all ages and body types, and ideally anyone with a sluggish slow working metabolism & anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing and increase their fitness level.  It is especially good for menopause and sluggish bodies as it will increase the BURN within you and promotes good health and wellbeing.
