Vasilis runs the Greek Tavern Estia at 836 Beaufort Inglewood Perth – Estia comes from Greek Mythology The God of Hospitality & Friendship which is exactly what Vasili is all about.
Vasili has been running Estia since 1968 & serves the Greek/Cyprian Traditional dishes with a modern twist. It’s a friendly, easy going, successful business & it’s all due to variety of food he has on offer, the freshness of all dishes & not to mention how tasty they are. After our meal Vasili makes us Greek Coffee where it’s brewed the old way in with a hotplate which consists of hot sand over boiling water.
Perth Instructors, Kathy & myself had a wonderful evening sharing stories, lots of laughter & talking to locals.
Vasili & all his staff members provide a fantastic service & make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. What a wonderful experience & we highly recommend you try it out!
